Children with Juvenile Arthritis (JIA) often need blood tests and injections or infusions with medication or biologics. It can be very helpful for parents and children to see what is going to happen. Our videos show step by step what happens and what children feel during an injection, infusion with biologics, blood test, joint injection, physiotherapy to improve flexibility or eye check for Uveitis. Children who are prepared for a hospital procedure feel less anxious, more in control and are better able to complete the tests.
