Teenagers in care - How do you feel?

Moving into foster care, kinship care or residential care can have an impact on the mental and physical health of young people. Our video shows that being looked after can make teenagers feel anxious but can also help them to feel happier, more safe and support them to go back to school.

This video was made by the What? Why? Children in Hospital charity, NHS Highland, Highland Council, Who Cares? Scotland and Barnardo's.
