Play to prepare my child for a cannula

When your child needs to have a cannula in hospital it can be helpful to prepare them through pretend play. This video by the What? Why? Children in Hospital charity shows how you could play with your child in the morning before you go to hospital. Mum and Sophie use a flexible apple juice straw to give Lewis his cannula. This video with pretend hospital play is aimed at younger children and those at an early stage of development.
